Sunset Scenic Flight + High-Altitude Parachute Return
One unforgettable evening over Amelia Island: a 20-minute sightseeing flight that becomes a high-altitude parachute glide back to a beachside cheese & Champagne picnic at sunset.

Why this experience
If you want the best of Amelia Island from above and a cinematic finish, this one-way scenic flight with a
high-altitude parachute return is it. We launch from KFHB, trace the island’s most photogenic
landmarks, climb to jump altitude, and you and your instructor float back under canopy toward the shoreline as the sky turns gold.
After touchdown, a chilled cheese & Champagne basket (sparkling cider available) waits on the sand.
What’s included
- 20-minute scenic flight: Fort Clinch jetties, Amelia Island Lighthouse, NaNa Dune/American Beach, and the downtown waterfront—kept within ~10 miles for maximum views.
- High-altitude tandem skydive: extended, scenic canopy time (often up to ~20 minutes when winds/altitude allow) with a gentle, photo-worthy descent.
- Sunset timing: we target golden hour for the jump and landing.
- Beachside picnic: artisanal cheeses, fruit & crackers, and Champagne (21+) or sparkling cider—served after landing.
- Photos welcome: bring your phone/camera; pro media packages available on request.

Know before you go
- Age & ID: Tandem participants must be 18+ with government-issued photo ID.
- Weight/fit: Limits apply for safety and harness fit; call (904) 718-4648 for current guidance.
- Permits & tides: Beach landings depend on permits, tides, winds, wildlife, and airspace. If a beach landing isn’t authorized or conditions change, we land at an approved DZ and set your picnic at an ocean-view park.
- Weather: Coastal weather moves fast; we may adjust timing, altitude, or landing location to keep things safe.
- Safety: Tandems are conducted by rated instructors. High-altitude profiles may use supplemental oxygen during the aircraft ride; your instructor will brief you.
- Alcohol: No alcohol before flying or jumping. Champagne is served after landing (21+ only).
